The MBC Marketing Agency is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity in which students deliver high-impact marketing work for real companies enrolled in the Master of Business Creation (MBC) program. This innovative degree program helps entrepreneurs scale their startups through expert mentorship, advanced business tools, and comprehensive resources — including marketing.
The student-run, student-led agency plays a critical role for MBC companies, amplifying founders’ efforts with professional-grade marketing solutions. Participating MBC companies select from a suite of deliverables offered, each one designed to strengthen visibility and accelerate growth:
- Content Creation: Production of commercial-quality film materials, with options of short-form content, commercials, or explainer videos.
- Feature Article: Publication of compelling narratives that capture the company’s story, mission, and value proposition.
- Website Audit: In-depth feedback on site performance, user experience, and SEO optimization.
- Website Improvement: Designing, enhancing, and launching webpages for new or unpublished sites. The newest deliverable, added in fall 2025, with significant early success.
This year, the MBC Marketing Agency is experiencing significant growth. Beyond a new deliverable, the agency has gone international, working with MBC Global companies in Africa. With these additions, students gain first-hand international experience working alongside entrepreneurs across the United States, Canada, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa. This invaluable cross-cultural perspective offers students and founders alike fresh strategies and exciting creative execution.
Coming in fall 2026, companies in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands join MBC Global and will be eligible to receive Marketing Agency support.
The MBC Marketing Agency operates on a win-win model that accelerates startups while launching student careers.
Entrepreneurs receive industry-level marketing assets and strategic support that are otherwise out of reach for early-stage startups, strengthening brand identity, digital presence, and audience engagement. In turn, associates gain hands-on experience in fast-paced startup environments as they build professional portfolios and develop high-impact marketing skills.
