There are updates about a required end-of-semester confirmation form, meal plans, and a resident survey. End of Semester Confirmation Form
Lassonde Studios remains open during the online instruction period (Nov. 25-Dec. 12) and winter break (Dec. 12-Jan. 14). Rent for these dates is built into your housing instruction. All residents must complete HRE’s End of Fall Semester Plans Confirmation form by following these steps:
- Login to Housing U via your CIS account
- Select the “End of Fall Semester Plans Confirmation” tab at the top of the page and follow the instructions to complete
- Submit the form by Tuesday, Nov. 3
Meal Plans
However, meal plans for the fall 2020 semester are only active through Nov. 25 due to the modified academic year contract. You have only been billed for your meal plan through Nov. 25 at 2 p.m. If you wish to extend your meal plan for the online instruction period (Nov. 25-Dec. 12) for an additional fee, please select one inside HRE’s End of Fall Semester Plans Confirmation form. Please note: residents living in singles/doubles are required to select a meal plan for the extension period.
Resident Satisfaction Survey
We want to hear from you! The annual Resident Satisfaction Survey launches on Oct. 12 and is used to collect feedback to improve the residential experience. The first 200 students to complete the survey will receive a limited edition custom face covering and all students who complete the survey will be entered to win other prizes like AirPods, a Nintendo Switch, and more! Check your UMail for the link to complete the survey.
