The Food Entrepreneur program strives to foster a culture of food entrepreneurship and innovation at the University of Utah. We make this happen through our interactive food skills workshops, local restaurateur visits, and fun social events. Whether you’re simply tired of eating ramen, or want to chase a Michelin star, we’ll equip you with the skills and resources you need. The Food Entrepreneur program joins forces with Lassonde Studios residents (the Lassonde 400) to bring events and conversations to the residential community.
