MBC Marketing Agency Teams for Spring 2025

The MBC Marketing Agency at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business announced its student teams for spring 2025 recently. See the complete list of students below.

The agency is more than just a student-led initiative it’s a dynamic program where innovation meets opportunity. It operates as a real agency, doing real work for real companies. This coveted internship bridges the gap between talented undergraduates and the entrepreneurs of the Master of Business Creation (MBC).

The MBC program is a launchpad for entrepreneurs ready to take their startups to the next level. Each year, a select group of founders join this program to gain expert mentorship, cutting-edge training, and the resources needed to scale their businesses. The MBC Marketing Agency amplifies this effort by equipping these startups with high-impact marketing solutions tailored to their needs.

The agency empowers students to make meaningful contributions while sharpening their skills through real-world marketing challenges. It’s a win-win: the startups gain access to innovative marketing strategies, and the students gain invaluable hands-on experience.

Each participating business selects one of three core services designed to enhance their growth:

  • Feature article: Crafting compelling narratives that showcase the company’s story, mission, and value to its audience.
  • Website audit: Delivering in-depth feedback on site performance, user experience, and SEO optimization.
  • Content creation: Producing professional-grade materials — including video content to captivate audiences and elevate brand presence.

This partnership allows MBC startups to refine their branding and connect with their target markets while giving students a front-row seat to the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship.

The MBC Marketing Agency offers more than just deliverables; it creates a unique collaboration where students learn, develop, and innovate alongside trailblazing entrepreneurs. This hands-on experience prepares students for the competitive marketing landscape while making a tangible impact on small businesses striving to succeed.

Spring 2025 Associates

This semester’s team is a powerhouse of creativity, innovation, and expertise. The 30 marketing agency associates in this cohort include students from diverse academic backgrounds, each bringing a unique perspective to the agency. The group includes 12 different majors across campus, all of whom are learning about marketing and entrepreneurship, while helping the founders of the MBC increase probability of success with their companies by assisting them with marketing support.

MBC Marketing Agency associates are supported by scholarships from a generous gift by the Sorenson Legacy Foundation. To sustain and grow the program, we need additional support. If you, or your company, have an interest to collaborate through scholarships or other means of support, we would love to hear from you at mbcglobal@eccles.utah.edu.
